Dear Saul, please be informed that Carlos got the pictures of Elena made by other agency which should prove him that the lady is real. He has ordered one more picture of the lady with his rose but she refused. He also got the copy of her passport which clearely proves that he corresponds with the right lady and that her real name and so on.
He also got several digital pictures of her which should prove to his that she is real also.
Please note all these things were done BEFORE August 8th. This man also contact us with his concerns and he got full reply with details.
NOBODY ever forced this man to order ANY of our services, including the ones connected with travelling.
As for our contact information - NEITHER Juan NOR Saul contacted us for our contact information ever.
If anybody needs our contact information ( and not information of the web-designer who was paid for to pay for domain and to make the web-site of our company ) , please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail and it will be sent to you immediatly.
