Advice to your problem

Text

Hi,

I am new to this site but I read your question. I am wondering if he knew about your child before you wanted to file the fiance visa? How old is your child? You will not be able to bring the child on a fiance visa, unless your boyfriend applied for your child to come also. Part of filing the paperwork has a part where he has to disclose if you have a child. If your child is old enough to be on there own, then you nay want to come and see if you can change your boyfriends mind later. But if your child is young, find another man. I could not seperate a mother from her child. He should understand this and not ask you to give uyp your child. Good luck and I wish you the best.

no

No you can't take your child unless he states that it is ok and he files the paperwork for that child. Why on earth would you want to go with a man that wants you to leave your child to start with? move on and don't go with him. That should prove to you right there that this man does not love you. if he did he woudl never do antyhing to hurt you like that.. pass on him

Avoid this Relationship

It has already been said in this discussion thread, but I will say it again just to make the point clear:

DO NOT MARRY AND TRAVEL TO THE U.S. FOR A MAN WHO DOES NOT WANT TO INCLUDE YOUR CHILD!

As mentioned above, it's a part of the Visa process that a man verifies that he is aware of children you have and is willing to begin a relationship with you and your child/children.

If you are communicating with a man who is not willing to accept you for who you are, what you do, and the decisions you have made in the past, you should look for another man.

If this is the man of your dreams, and he honestly wants to spend the REST OF HIS LIFE with you, he would not have a problem with you having a child.

If you force the situation and just assume he will accept your child after you've spent time together, you will be in for a great disappointment.

There are so many men out there who would not only be happy to have you in their life, but would be more than happy to accept your child in that situation as well.

If he is telling you not to bring your child, you need to find a new man.

Crooked is right about this

I would have to agree with Crooked, if this person is not willing to accept you and everything in your life that comes with you than you should not be entering the relationship in the first place. If he knew about the child before all of this, I dont understand what he was thinking. Hope everything work out.

your child is enough

Thank you for sharing this post. I think.. your child is important than a man without a sense of responsibility

yes

Yes the future would only hold bad things if you went forward with a relationship like that.

It will only hurt you in the future if you deny that the relationship probably will not work out.
